*Counselors voluntarily write college recommendations to support you in meeting your college goals. We craft individualized letters and because of the time this takes to complete for you, we ask that you follow the deadlines listed below.

To request a School Report Only:

• Complete section A of the survey
• If using the Common App or a school that requires a transcript, order it on parchment.com
• Email your counselor to let them know you have completed the necessary steps prior to the deadline

To request a Counselor Recommendation:

• Complete section A & B of the survey
• If using the Common App or a school that requires a transcript, order it on parchment.com
